Our engineers undergo a documented training regimen of everything from GMP to safety and defensive driving.

Each product line of laboratory equipment we service is covered in detail starting from basic operation of the instrument to the details  of OEM calibration procedures.

Calibrated testing tools are assigned only after the engineer has been approved for service by one of our senior technicians.

The ability to communicate with our customers during the service repair event is a key ingredient of our success. confusing phone menu or excessive hold time. You get a real person ready to help you determine your needs and figure out a solution.

Once the engineer confirms the scheduled time/date for the service call, you are e-mailed a confirmation of your call and your scheduled appointment time. No more return calls to see when the engineer will be there.
